Vegetarian Sweet Corn soup is our all time favorite. Why not make this nutrient soup at our home!
Preparation time :10 Minutes
Cooking time : 20-30 Minutes
Serves : 4 People
Ingredients :
- 1/2 Cup Sweet Corn (Boiled) or Cream Style Corn
- 3 tablespoon Cornflour mixed with 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup chopped Cabbage
- 1/4 cup chopped Carrot
- White Pepper (You can use Black Pepper if White Paper is not available)
- Salt
- Sugar (Optional)
Method :
- Heat the Pan,
- Add Cream Style Corn in it, till the corn becomes tender, then take the corn out of the Pan
- Now add chopped cabbage and carrot in it. Mix everything and cook over a medium flame for approx. 10 minutes
- Now mix the cornflour and water separately, and add this mixture to the Pan
- Now add Salt, White/Black Pepper to the Pan
- As per the taste you like, you can also add some sugar to the soup (optional)
- Now add the tender corn in the soup
- That’s all. Serve it
